New features in Release 2:

New features:

• Remote Data Verification Station:
  Remote access to the system allows the data-capture process to be distributed among multiple devices for greater productivity. In FlexiCapture 9.0 R2 Data Verification Station can be operated remotely.
  
  
• New User Interface Languages:
  Additional user interface languages are German, French and Chinese (simplified).
  
  
• Batch Types:
  Batch types are now available on Scanning Station and allow a simplification of the operator’s work. In addition Batch Types now can be protected by password and the batch type settings can be exported.
  
  
• Document priorities:
  Now it is possible to set priority not only for the whole batch but for a single document. This feature allows quick processing of urgent documents.
  
  
• Automatic get task mode
  An automatic task mode can be switched on. When this mode is switched on, tasks can be received automatically.
  
  
• Export
  With Release 2 a hot folder input structure can be also used for the export results. The resulting files will be saved in folders and subfolders with same names as source images. Additionally, more Export features are integrated into Release 2: customers can use enhanced file naming possibilities, can map fields in the document definition to the fields of already existing files and can format data before export.
  
  
• Document Definitions Enhancements
  Service fields can be automatically created. In addition a sum calculation rule can be added to sum up selected fields and deliver the results in the result field.
  
  
• Document registration parameters
  Registration parameters can be set on document level now.
